(1) The council shall constitute an election committee consisting of three members with two other members under the chairmanship of one member from among the qualified persons determined according to rule 31.
(2) The election committee formed according to sub-rule (1) shall be dissolved automatically after the publication of the results of the election.
(3) In accordance with this regulation, all the expenses incurred in conducting the election shall be borne by the funds of the Council.
